TYPE 1 Window Wipers [TY1WW]: The Type I window wiper features a direct, thru-the-glass mechanism that reliably wipes away residue on the inside surface of the lens. Depending on the size of the lens Type 1 Window Wipers are suitable for pressures from 29PSI [2 Bar] to 87PSI [6 Bar]. Temperature ratings range from: 350ºF [177ºC] with a Silicon blade to 400ºF [204ºC] with PTFE blade,. Type I window wipers are available for all PAPAILIAS Circular sightglasses with a nominal ID of 3" and larger and may be used in conjunction with various illuminators and Window Washers. All interior wetted parts of the Type I wiper are constructed of stainless steel.
TYPE 2 Window Wipers [TY2WW]: Rated for pressures up 225PSI [16 Bar] the Type 2 window wiper features a unique, thru-the-flange design that uses a flexible drive shaft that turns a spring loaded, full face wiper blade for efficient cleaning. Temperature ratings range from: 350ºF [177ºC] with a Silicon blade to 400ºF [204ºC] with PTFE blade,. Type I window wipers are available for all PAPAILIAS weld pad circular sight glasses Series NW100, NW125, WN150 and NW200 and may be used in conjunction with various illuminators and Window Washers. All interior wetted parts of the Type 2 wiper are constructed of stainless steel

PAPAILIAS, Inc. Spray Washers offer users a convenient way for the occasional or continuous automatic cleaning of the sight glass lens without the need to remove the lens from service. Our Washer units may also be combined with our Type 1 or Type 2 Window Wiper to facilitate clear, unobstructed viewing of a vessel's interior. Type II Spray Washer: Available for weld pad style sight glasses series NW100, NW125, NW150, and NW200. All parts in contact with the process fluid are made of stainless steel. Specify as TY2 SW followed by the sight glass size.
Type III Spray Ring: Is available for virtually any sight glass or sightflow indicator configuration. In addition to being a standalone accessory PAPAILIAS, Inc. can machine a spray ring into the base of your sight glass flange for a clean integrated finish. All parts in contact with the process fluid are made of stainless steel. Specify as TY3 SR followed by the sight glass model and size.
