The special features of this Papailias light/sight glass combination, Series LQSG, are the quick release handle mechanism and hinge assembly. When the handle is released, the sight glass may be pivoted off the lower flange, offering unobstructed easy access to the interior of a vessel for sampling, cleaning or maintenance work. Series LQSG Sight glasses are ideally suited wherever samples must be taken during a process which is being carried out at low pressure or under vacuum conditions.
