Series SVTC is designed to provide low cost viewing in sanitary applications found in the food, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries.
These sight glasses are constructed using a standard sanitary clamping system which provides a uniform leak-tight assembly. This construction offers a fast method of assembly or disassembly without the need to use tools. Access to all sight glass components or the vessel's interior is easily obtainable for cleaning or sampling. This sight glass is especially suited for those applications requiring frequent, such as daily, cleaning.

BoroAlloy™ Clamp Glass/Metal Alloy Sight glasses are a single piece construction. There are no joints or crevices that trap for media, bacteria, or other contaminants. The BoroAlloy™ Clamp sanitary type windows consist of a borosilicate glass disc surrounded by a prestressed metal ring to form a single homogeneous unit. The result is a smooth seamless alloy of glass and metal. BoroAlloy™ Clamp Glass/Metal Alloy Sight glasses are ideal for CIP and SIP requirements since they are seamless composites of stainless steel and borosilicate glass. There are no crevices to trap bacteria or other contaminants and all BoroAlloy™ Sight glasses have a product contact surface Ra 32 µ In Max standard finish.
